Flottentorpedoboot 1939 Elbing

History

The Flottentorpedoboot 1939 Elbing class of torpedo boat. Were an all purpose vessel efficient at torpedo attacks, anti-aircraft defence and escort duties. These ships became operational in 1943 they were mainly used in the Baltic Sea but some of the earlier ships saw action in France at the time of the allied invasion.

The ships were numbered from T22 to T36.
