The torpedo boat Wolf is commissioned.

29 to 30 April 1940
The torpedo boat Wolf escorts the minelayers Roland, Preussen and Kaiser, Along with, Möwe, Kondor and Leopard, and the destroyers Richard Beitzen, Bruno Heinemann during the course of laying mines the torpedo boat Leopard is rammed and lost by the mine layer Kaiser.

8 January 1941
The torpedo boat Wolf hits a mine and sinks. 45 crew lost. Position 51° 05N 02° 08E.
