Torpedoboot 1935

The 1935 class of torpedo boat were designed to be more seaworthy. The requirements for the 1935 class were maximum displacement of 600 tons but that was exceeded to nearly double, In reality these ships were overweight at roughly 900 tons. Also higher speeds were required to accomplish this, high pressure turbines were put to use but these were unreliable and hard to repair and maintain in the confined space. The low displacement meant they were unseaworthy which was only partly sorted out by 1940. The ships were numbered from T1 to T12.
