The 30. Räumbootsflottille was formed in June 1943 and was initially commanded by Eduard von Helleparth, this flotilla was made up of the following 1937-43 Type R-boats and was deployed for minesweeping and security duties.

The 30. Räumbootsflottille was disbanded in 1944
