Takes command of the Pocket Battleship Admiral Graf Spee on 2 October 1937 to 1 November 1938

Adolf Hitler issued a comprehensive law for the reconstruction of German cities, on 4 October 1937, with priority being given to the rebuilding of Berlin.

Adolf Hitler, in a note to Brussels on 13 October 1937, guarantees the inviolability and integrity of Belgium so long as the latter abstains from military action against Germany.
