Another heavy raid by the British Royal Air Force (RAF) bombers on Bremen.

Russian Front. Several attacks on Sevastopol repelled.

In Africa. Our forces closed with the enemy round Mersa Matruh.

In the Pacific. United States of America bombers flew 2,000 miles from Hawaii to bomb Wake island.

HALPRO. United States Army Air Force (USAAF) B-24 Liberator heavy bombers bomb harbour at Tobruk during 26-27 June 1942 in effort to disrupt movement of supplies.

Fifth Air Force. United States Army Air Force (USAAF) B-26 Marauder medium bombers bomb Lae and Salamaua.
