History

The 28/32 cm Wurfkörper was a air to air missile designed and developed by Rheinmetall-Borsig AG.

Which was adapted from the armies 28/32 cm Nebelwerfer 41 (28/32 cm Nb.Wf 41) Which was a six barreled multiple rocket launcher mounted on a two wheeled carriage. And fired a 28 cm Wurfkörper Spreng missile or the 32 cm Wurfkörper Flamm missile that was spin stabilised electrically fired. The 28/32 cm Wurfkörper was mounted as auxiliary armament beneath the wings of the Fw 190, Me 262, Bf 110, Bf 109 as a single launcher tube fitted to each wing, but because of the high amount of drag they caused, it was Similar in appearance to the 28/32 cm Nebelwerfer 41 used by the army.
