The Flakpanzer I, 2 cm Flak 38 auf (Sf) Panzer I Sd.Kfz. 101 or 2 cm Flak 38 auf Selbstfahrlafette Panzerkampfwagen I Sd.Kfz. 101 or abbreviated to 2 cm Flak 38 auf (Sf) Pz.Kpfw. I Sd.Kfz. 101 was a Wehrmacht self-propelled anti-aircraft conversion of the Panzer I used in during the Second World War.

The conversion consisted of removing the turret of the Panzer I and mounting the 2 cm Flak 38 where the turret once was. However due to the weight of the 2 cm Flak 38 the suspension was overloaded and performance was extremely poor. Approximately 24 Panzer I's were converted to the Flakpanzer I during early 1941 by Alkett Werke in Berlin.

The Flak-Bataillon 614 (mot) was equipped with the Flakpanzer I. The unit was assembled in 1941 and in the same year was based in Romania. From there they moved into the South part of the Eastern Front. Whilst in service the Flakpanzer I's were mostly used against ground targets because the anti-aircraft gun could only fire straight forward being in a comparatively fixed mount. For suitable anti-aircraft fire a traversable gun mount was preferable, but space was way too limited for such mounts. Due to inadequate protection of the crew, they suffered high losses. The whole Flak-Bataillon 614 (mot) was wiped out in 1943 during the Battle of Stalingrad.
